Friendly and helpful staff Good size single room. Easy to get around from there

The location of the hotel was perfect. Housekeeping were very accommodating in servicing our room late in the day. Bar staff were excellent, they provided a professional yet friendly service. Bed comfortable.

The people working all over the hotel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The happy hour was a great for ending some of our days and starting soon of our evenings. The receptarea really made of whole vacation stay simple and relaxing. The ability for keeping our baggage in their locked room and being able to use their restroom to freshen up before our evening fly was a life saver for us.

I stayed in a Superior Executive Room on the 5th floor. Although I did not have a view, I loved the room with its high ceiling and cozy atmosphere. While relaxing in the bedroom, I was able to sit in the chair peruse my phone and prop my feet on the stool from the bar. The bed was comfortable. Loved the decor that matched the glass windowed bathroom; loved the extra water on the bar that was complimentary.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. We were gifted a bottle of red wine on arrival which was a nice touch, and could have our room cleaned daily if we wanted. The cleaners then came to check if it met our standards which they did, but it was nice they cared about this! The location was excellent too: very close to bars and restaurants and a short walk into the old town for spectacular views. We will definitely be staying in a Turim hotel again in future. Thank you for making our stay in Lisbon so wonderful and comfortable.
