All staff were very attentive and helpful, with some going out of their way to be informative. Great breakfast selection and great location. Central but quiet. Note that there is no onsite restaurant, so you need to eat out or order from their room service partners which I did for one nigjt, but quite expensive compared to eating nearby.

The location is good to walk to many places. The girl working on reception on Oct 5 afternoon was very helpful and patient to show me how to go to the 6 places I wanted. Appreciate of her help!

The room was beautiful, bathroom facilities excellent - hot powerful shower, bed was huge and pillows soft, mattress was a little hard so found uncomfortable sleeping on my side. The room was cleaned near daily and was spotless each time, teas/coffees replenished and stock checked. Main foyer and bar area was modern, clean and well presented. All staff were friendly, professional, smartly dressed and really showcased the feel of extra luxury with this hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful at check in and helping figure out how to get to different excursions I had booked. I informed the staff at the front desk about the wonderful restaurant across the street called UMA, so they could share the information with other guests. I think all front end staff should get a free meal at a close by restaurant so they can provide their opinion /suggestions of where a guest might prefer to eat.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Housekeeping were very accommodating in servicing our room late in the day. Bar staff were excellent, they provided a professional yet friendly service. Bed comfortable.

The people working all over the hotel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The happy hour was a great for ending some of our days and starting soon of our evenings. The receptarea really made of whole vacation stay simple and relaxing. The ability for keeping our baggage in their locked room and being able to use their restroom to freshen up before our evening fly was a life saver for us.

I stayed in a Superior Executive Room on the 5th floor. Although I did not have a view, I loved the room with its high ceiling and cozy atmosphere. While relaxing in the bedroom, I was able to sit in the chair peruse my phone and prop my feet on the stool from the bar. The bed was comfortable. Loved the decor that matched the glass windowed bathroom; loved the extra water on the bar that was complimentary.

-location. Walkable to most places in the center -luggage store (we arrived earlier) -nice clean room -conplimentary water every day in the room and welcome chocolates in our arrival day is much appreciated -mirrors -polite staff -safety box
